Tried to launch Mailwasher after checking mail

Having just downloaded windows 10, have had to reconfigure my Mailwasher Pro. Got that sorted, but it wont wash the mail now. I have checked the 'launch after washing' icon, but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Can you just clarify for me, when you press Wash Mail in MailWasher, it does delete the emails you've flagged, but doesn't open your email program ?

If you go Tools >> General Options >> beside 'Launch email application after processing" click the the Specify button >> try re-selecting your desired email program in the drop down list >> click OK.

Hopefully that gives it a kick.

If not, then try the above but choose the option 'Specify a mail client command' and using the "..." button you can manually navigate to the location of your email program. If you have a desktop shortcut for your email program, you can select that instead rather than going through the folders.

I just connected with Windows Live Mail, and have set that up. Thank you so much for the memory jog, too old for these sorts of changes now!!

Hopefully its a goer now, and can finally get some rest.
