Recycle bin - search capability

Sometimes you have an email that you are pretty sure went into the recycle bin and you can't find it without taking a heck of a lot of time. It would be really helpful if we could do searches in the recycled emails.

Also, I am having trouble recovering emails from the recycle bin. Why not make these emails readable from the recycle bin?
