change e-mail programs

I want to change my e-mail program from Outlook Express to Outlook but it won't let me. When I installed anew hard drive and reinstalled Mailwasher Free all I had installed was Express. I have now installed Office and want to use Outlook but it continues to send everything to Express when I hit the process mail button. How can I solve that problem??

Look at the screen shot and use the 'Specify' button then look for the program exe for Outlook.
