No, I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear. The password I had for accessing their web site is the same as the one I use to login to get my mail with. That's what I meant when I said I only had 1 password. It's all working now because mails sent to that address are automatically redirected to my primary address. I solved the issue of the mails I was unable to receive by going into the web interface and forwarding them to my primary address.
