This error keeps popping up 8 to 10 times a day. I've tried reinstall of MW 7.8.10 and it doesn't make a difference. Unfortunately I have no clue what the problem is since it doesn't associate with one of my accounts or give me any idea where to look. I'm not even sure there is any info in the error report.

Re: Recurring Unknown Error
Can you send me some logs to have a look at. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'unknown error' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.
If you can reply back here once sent, so I know to be on the lookout for them.
Thanks

Re: Recurring Unknown Error
Does the issue happen when your security system is disabled?
MailWasher Pro (βeta) | Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC (22H2) | The Bat! Professional (βeta) | Windows 10 Firewall Control (βeta) | ESET Endpoint Antivirus (βeta) | nVIDIA GeForce (GTX 1060) | WebView2 Runtime (118.0.2088.61) | .NET Framework (4.8.1)

Re: Recurring Unknown Error
Logs sent.
Not really able to disable my security I'm running BitDefender GravityZone EndPoint Security. It doesn't have a direct way of shutting it down.
EDIT: I just started using BitDefender last week and it was doing this before I switched. I was using Avast and Malwarebytes.

Re: Recurring Unknown Error
In order to disable BitDefender, you may try booting into Safe Mode with networking to see whether your issue is reproducible (if you wish to.)jpeckinp wrote:Not really able to disable my security I'm running BitDefender GravityZone EndPoint Security. It can happen with any security system — the likelihood is higher when folks do not install their apps. and programs to the default system volume.jpeckinp wrote:EDIT: I just started using BitDefender last week and it was doing this before I switched. I was using Avast and Malwarebytes.

OK. Try going into Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >>Advanced >> remove the check mark to use PIPELINING when checking mail >> Save.
Do this for each of your POP accounts.

Re: Recurring Unknown Error
Ok so it seems like that removing pipeline might have done it. I've went through 3 checks of mail and not one gave the error.
I thank you for your support.
