After reinstalling a new harddisk. I installed Mailwasher, imported the backup settings en tried to activate the new installed version. Now it;s saying me that the lifetime key has been used too many times. Though is is installed only on my main PC and a laptop. But it has been reinstalled several times on my main pc.
How to handle?

I have the same problem. my laptop crashed and so did all my settings. Following the advice posted here, I tried emailing rustdog twice and my messages bounced. I have a lifetime key and mailwasher will not recognize it. help. email is: <removed>
Just thinking about this; why is a lifetime key no longer working. Is my understanding of the word lifetime incorrect? It seems that there is something terribly wrong here where many people are having problems with their "lifetime" key.

I am having exactly the same problem as listed above, I have already sent a message to the email address listed but have had no reply. I now only have 14 days left of the trial version before the program becomes limited.
What can I do I have a full lifetime licence but keep getting the message used to many times.
