Washing and checking mail misbehaving.

When I click on Check Mail - Wash Mail button greys out, but message at bottom of MW window says Logging in etc. But it isn't. There's a series of errors in the Event Log. A couple of Unknown errors, and some Failed to log in errors. Also a couple of Deleting mail incomplete warnings.

Clicking on Wash mail - Check Mail button greys out, but message at bottom says Washing mail. However, mail isn't washed. The items selected for deletion or whatever are not affected.

I've checked all the settings.

I saved a screenshot of the log, but I have no on-line facility to store it.

Edit: Just noticed the Attachments facility.

Oh! Not quite sure how that happened.

Did you try logging (via browser) into your (affected) Yahoo! account to change your password on the Yahoo! server — please note, you would have to enter the new (changed) password into MWP, your e-mail client/s and also your handheld device/s.

Thank you TrustFire. Yes changed the password and that has cured the problem.

Amazing - I hadn't made any changes before the problem arose
