MW Pro Skins
Are there plans to have some darker skins for MWP? I really need a dark user interface given issues with my eyes. MWP is not even compatible with inverted colors and high contrast settings for accessibility in Windows 10. A darker user interface option, e.g., white text on a black background, would be helpful.

There's no immediate plans, though we could look to improve upon the colour variations/brightness options there are now. You can try those by clicking Display Options in the main MailWasher screen, there's the Colours section for spam/neutral/good emails and a Brightness option

That is unfortunate. A simple option to at least make the main window background something other than white would be very helpful.

Re: MW Pro Skins
MWP assumes its rendition from the colors of the background and fonts of the visual style on one's Operating System — here are a few examples:—

What theme or color setting results in what you have shown above?

Re: MW Pro Skins
The results from my previous post were from a visual style for Windows 7 which I had downloaded way back in 2012.

Re: MW Pro Skins
I see, so it is not really relevant to the standard windows 10 environment. Unless I have missed something, none of the Windows 10 available themes or colors would yield what you have shown above, other than the high contrast themes.

Re: MW Pro Skins
Right, the theme that I had downloaded was a 3rd party visual style (created by somebody at DeviantArt) — none of the Microsoft themes were able to bring the effects you see on my illustrations.

Re: MW Pro Skins
Indeed. Hence, my suggestion that there be some consideration given to adding some options for rendering the MWP background in more muted or dark colors as this is a common feature of modern applications for night viewing, accessibility issues, etc.

Re: MW Pro Skins
Oh yes, would certainly like to see some skins with a darker background and lighter font (something not confined merely to the Titlebar.)
