Please,
on my mailwasher, when I wash mail and download the messagel (not signed for deletion) in my client, the emails are not cancelled in Mailwasher.
How can resolve this.

Re: Mail deletion
Hi Gaetano
It sounds like your email program is setup to leave a copy of the messages on the server after download. If you let us know what program you use, we can provide details on how to check/change this.
Cheers

Re: Mail deletion
Just this afternoon, I deleted/washed (so I thought) a bunch of emails from Mailwasher that I didn't need to keep for download into Windows Live Mail. Guess what? Despite deleting them (IMAP no less), they showed up in my Windows Live Mail inbox. And here I thought I had solved my previous problem of "deleted" emails showing up by having Mailwasher ONLY checking for messages on the IMAP server (instead of POP3) and deleting them from IMAP. This workaround was working fine...until today. The deleted emails showed up in the 'recycle bin', and then later in the MW inbox faded and a gray line through them. I 'washed' these faded out messages, they disappeared, and promptly showed up AGAIN a few moments later. To make matters worse, I clicked the send/receive in Windows Live once again and got DUPLICATES of supposedly "deleted" IMAP messages. Everything was fine yesterday, but today, not so much. What changed? I'm getting really close to just cancelling my license and deleting the program.
