I have Mailwasher Pro 7.8 with two email accounts linked to it.
One account is almost defunct and 95% of mail comes through the main account.
We have two vehicles insured with the same company, renewal at different times of the year (so infrequent comms).
We never receive email comms from the on the main account.
These are not Spam emails, they are renewal notice, insurance documents, etc.
They do not appear marked as Spam on Mailwasher and they are definitely sending them, we have done tests with them (while they held on the telephone).
If they send comms on an email not through Mailwasher they work perfectly and during tests the comms arrived within seconds of them sending.
I appreciate this could be something weird on their system, but is there something I can do on Mailwasher to make sure I receive them ?

Re: Missing emails.
When do you think that last time they tried to send an email ? It may be there is still some information in the logs, I assume too it is only emails from this sender that are not appearing ?

Re: Missing emails.
The last time they tried to send an email was on 8th March 2017.
As far as I know they are the only sender I am not receiving mail from.
Where are the logs ?
Also, when I log in why do I get an "insecure" note on the log in page ?

Re: Missing emails.
You might want to update your copy to 7.9.0 (won't resolve your issue — just a heads-up.)Cranfield wrote:I have Mailwasher Pro 7.8 with two email accounts linked to it.

Re: Missing emails.
You may need to check the Server site to see what they have for Spam blocking. There may a folder at the server side where they put suspected/known spam.

Re: Missing emails.
OK, under Help >> User Files >> Logs >> do you have a folder for the 8th ?
Assuming so, can you ZIP and email that folder to forum@firetrust.com ideally too if you can detail anything you know about the email, the sender/subject etc..

Re: Missing emails.
No file for 8th, just the 10th.
The email account in this issue, is a btinternet.com account, I can't find any reference to them having any filtering of emails before they get to me/Mailwasher.

Re: Missing emails.
You could try checking your MWP Recycle Bin for any message/s auto-deleted by MWP.
If those missing messages are found in your Recycle Bin, you might want to review your auto-delete filtering.
If not, then the culprit would more likely be something, other than MWP.

Just a heads-up — Firefox Users, who do not wish to see that warning can disable it in their about:config by switching the following entry from True to False:—TrustFire wrote:Firefox 51 to Show Better Warnings When Logging in via Insecure HTTP Pages [/center]Cranfield wrote:Also, when I log in why do I get an "insecure" note on the log in page ?
