Hello, I can not receive my messages with mailwasher pro on any of my accounts when I turn on my computer. When my computer is turned on, I get to receive a little. Here my configuration for Mailwasher Pro:
- Input: imap.free.fr / The box "Store cached emails" is checked ./ Server port number: 993 "This server requires a secure connection (SSL) is checked. The rest have not checked in the box .
- Outgoing: SMTP server address: smtp.free.fr
Server port number: (25) by default
Everything else there is nothing checked in the box, and no secure connection.
I tried several configurations, even in "pop3 with secure outgoing server, it's the same.
What is bizarre, I use the software "FOXMAIL" to read and sent my emails and it works correctly, I get
All my messages. This is the same configuration as MailWasher Pro.
I hope to be clear enough in my explanation, and sorry for my English this is an automatic translation from French / English.
Regards ,
Jacques Bruno BONNIN

Re: No Startup Messages
You probably need to remove MWP from checking mail on the the startup of your system. I do not start MWP with Windows and do not Check Mail on MWP startup automatically. The reason is that Windows likely does not have immediate connectivity to the internet etc. because of delay incurred in the startup sequence. Wait until Windows has settled, then manually start MWP and when it has settled then do your first Check Mail.

Hello ,
Thank you for your reply, but I do not launch MWP at the start of W 10, I do it, after Windows is connected and nothing happens.

Or try removing the Pipelining options (2) from the Account, Incoming settings.

Then it is probably your security software.Nobru wrote:Hello ,

I don't think downgrading to an older version will help — here is the download link, though:—Nobru wrote:I might be tried an older version if i can download it. your assistance .

If those settings did not work, for you — you could try adding the following 3 MWP executables to the exclusion/exception list of your security system (especially to your firewall module):—Nobru wrote:Hello ,

Good evening,
Despite the addition of your links nothing has changed in MWP. No messages arrived, while with a software of messaging (FOXMAIL) it works, with the same configuration. I have uninstalled the antivirus, but still no Mails ... I do not know what to do ...

Can you try sending me some logs. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'no emails' in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.
Reply back here once you've sent them too.
Thanks

You would need to find out the module that is preventing your MWP from auditing mails.
Re: No Startup Messages
The AntiVirus is not the only module in ones security system that can block MWP while permitting your Foxmail — I mentioned firewall (it can be any other module, though.)Nobru wrote:I have uninstalled the antivirus, but still no Mails ... I do not know what to do ...

Re: No Startup Messages
I just got your logs, all your accounts are working fine but there are no messages to download. I wonder if FoxMail is downloading the emails automatically then removing them off the server ?
If you send yourself an email to one of your accounts, then Check Mail in MailWasher, you should see it there as there are no errors in MailWasher.
Thanks
