new setup, todays emails not syncing

Hi there.

I've just set up Mailwasher Pro and it has synced all my emails except todays - ie the Inbox just has from yesterday onwards.

Can anyone think of why?

The Log says; "Filtering mail complete", and there are 932 messages.

Any advice much appreciated.

It sounds like MailWasher had an error during download and was unable to retrieve all messages. It starts with oldest first, which will explain why the newer emails are missing.

Can you try sending me some logs to look at. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'not all emails loading' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.
