Mailwasher does NOT transfer messages to Outlook or anywhere else. All it does is look at what is in your inbox and then if you tell it opens your email program (Outlook). What happens next like downloading emails is done solely by Outlook which gets them directly from your ISP inbox.

On your Outlook, initiating a Send/Receive will download all your residual mails directly from the server (but, not through MailWasher.)

You may want to do a little bit of reading on this forum and also check out the MailWasher basics:—
MailWasher Pro (βeta) | Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC (22H2) | The Bat! Professional (βeta) | Windows 10 Firewall Control (βeta) | ESET Endpoint Antivirus (βeta) | nVIDIA GeForce (GTX 1060) | WebView2 Runtime (118.0.2088.61) | .NET Framework (4.8.1)

Wonderful — what stops you from getting those mails off, the MailWasher listing?

You can select multiple mails (that you would like to delete from the server) just like you would do in Windows Explorer and then click Wash Mail (as depicted on the MailWasher video.)

To ensure that mails deleted by your e-mail client are no longer listed in MWP, you can check out the graphical illustration of server settings for some of the more popular e-mail clients at the following links:—

Microsoft Outlook: Mozilla Thunderbird: Windows Live Mail: Opera Mail:
MailWasher Pro (βeta) | Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC (22H2) | The Bat! Professional (βeta) | Windows 10 Firewall Control (βeta) | ESET Endpoint Antivirus (βeta) | nVIDIA GeForce (GTX 1060) | WebView2 Runtime (118.0.2088.61) | .NET Framework (4.8.1)
