Re: Multiple transfer
Mailwasher does NOT transfer messages to Outlook or anywhere else. All it does is look at what is in your inbox and then if you tell it opens your email program (Outlook). What happens next like downloading emails is done solely by Outlook which gets them directly from your ISP inbox.

So If I have a number of messages in Mailwasher that I want to move to Outlook how can I do it?

Re: Multiple transfer
On your Outlook, initiating a Send/Receive will download all your residual mails directly from the server (but, not through MailWasher.)
You may want to do a little bit of reading on this forum and also check out the MailWasher basics:—

Wonderful — what stops you from getting those mails off, the MailWasher listing?

Re: Multiple transfer
You can select multiple mails (that you would like to delete from the server) just like you would do in Windows Explorer and then click Wash Mail (as depicted on the MailWasher video.)

To ensure that mails deleted by your e-mail client are no longer listed in MWP, you can check out the graphical illustration of server settings for some of the more popular e-mail clients at the following links:—TrustFire wrote:You may want to do a little bit of reading on this forum <snip>
