Mailwasher no longer downloading IMAP account

When my trial period ran out Mailwasher stopped downloading emails so I assumed the loss of functionality was due to the end of the trial and bought a licence. However I could not get it working again. I unistalled everything and started again. Still no luck. Strangely it works fine on my other account with the same mail server set up (both are hosted by JustHost). Accounts are both IMAP and mail client is Outlook 2013. Mailwasher automatically detects both accounts and appears to connect but no mail appears from one of the accounts. Are there any settings or diagnostics I can check?
