Re: Gmail error
Are you just in the process of setting up the account, or has this been working before ?
Under Help >> User Files >> cache >> try deleting the _token file for this account, then recheck in MailWasher and logon to the account again via the popup.

Re: Gmail error
Setting it up. I have had the account "bhphoto" which has worked fine. It is now managed by GMail Business under bob @ hendersonphoto. after the above window pops up I then get a Google window asking me to allow Mailwasher to authorize bhphoto47 with the login set for bob @ hendersonphoto

Re: Gmail error
If you sign out then sign in using the bhphoto47 account, and allow that. That should get the tokens matching.

Re: Gmail error
Right, this version has a longer timeout in place http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... 052017.exe
It will install fine over the existing.

Um, no it doesn't. I'm having the same problem, and when I try to install over the existing, it pops up a box saying that a newer version is already installed and then exits.

I take it you tried deleting the token file ?
Under Help >> User Files >> cache >> try deleting the _token file for this account, then recheck in MailWasher and logon to the account again via the popup.
Also was this account working OK and is suddenly giving you errors ? My GMail account suddenly borked itself as well, which is an odd coincidence.
Re: Gmail error
I imagine you have 7.11 installed, which includes the fix mentioned above.AdmiralSirJohn wrote:Um, no it doesn't. I'm having the same problem, and when I try to install over the existing, it pops up a box saying that a newer version is already installed and then exits.

Re: Gmail error
Yes, the account was working until this evening.
The popup identifies itself as an outdated version of IE, which I do NOT use, and I see no way of sending it over to Chrome.
But it seems to be working again after a close (shutdown)/reopen (restart).

But it does appear like the GMail OAUTH system had a hiccup. I can see some very recent posts in the Google Forum where iPhone users are not able to check their accounts, which also uses OAUTH. Mine is working again now, try deleting the token file mentioned above >> restart MailWasher >> hopefully it lets you in.
If you still receive the error about the browser, what version Windows are you using ?
Re: Gmail error
When MailWasher renders HTML (like in the popup) it's using a .NET webbrowser component, which is an IE based framework. Just check your Windows Updates are all up to date.AdmiralSirJohn wrote:Yes, the account was working until this evening.

Re: Gmail error
Failing that, might want to set access for 'Less Secure Apps' to ON >> https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps
Then in MailWasher under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> uncheck the option to use OAUTH.

I don't know how accurate this is, but it's presently showing some issues http://downdetector.com/status/gmail/map/
This might be something you need to wait out.
