Junk mail not importing to Msailwasher

I have 2 email accounts being checked by mailwasher, both used to work ok. Now only one imports both the safe and the junk mail to be deleted, the other one imports safe mails ok, but ignores the junk and lets it come to the junk folder in my email account.

Assuming the account is setup as IMAP in MailWasher you need to tell it to check the Junk Mail folder >> under Settings >> Accounts >> select the IMAP tab for the account >> in the list of folders check the folder used for junk emails >> Save.
