Mailwasher not clearing previous days mail

Every day when I download my email the previous few days old ,read and deleted emails are still appearing in the list even though I mark them all for delete after reading them and sending the "good mail" to my email program, It is frustrating as I don't want to sort through them time and time again being unsure what has already been read.
Never used to do this before I downloaded the new version.

I'm having the same problem and have been for weeks. It is indeed frustrating. This was never a problem before. Have I changed a setting somewhere? How do I fix this?

bwneal, I have been through all the setting time and time again but can't find anywhere that would fix the problem, I have read that one possible cause is that the mail program is set to leave messages on server, but as I can't seem to find my password details I'm unable to check. If you try this and it works do let me know and I will have to get in touch with my mail server.

So if I have this straight, you have emails marked for delete in MailWasher, you hit Wash Mail and that goes through the process and deletes those messages, then you bring in the good emails into your email program...
But if you do a Check Mail in MailWasher again, the emails you deleted show up again ?

Yes! As far as 2-3 days. They don't seem to download to my email client (Thunderbird), but are repeated in MWP and have to be marked for washing multiple times. I am using POP3 on 3 sub-accounts.

Can you try removing one of the accounts >> restart MailWasher >> add the account back in, does the issue still remain.

Yes same for me, they don't show up in email also using Thunderbird, but deleted emails in mailwasher keep showing back up the next time I check for mail, and yes 2 or 3 days worth of repeated emails.

Just reading the above message, I don't think it will have much to do with the number of accounts as I only have one account.

You don't need your password details for that — you can just use the setting on this graphic illustration to disable the Leave messages on the server option on Thunderbird.

You may also want to delete your cache. This should hopefully resolve the first part of your issue.

MailWasher does not send the good mails to your e-mail client — Thunderbird (or, for that matter, any e-mail client) pulls the mails directly from your e-mail service on the web server.

For any further assistance on this part of the issue you might want to post a screenshot of your POP3 settings on Thunderbird — (in the absence of details on your e-mail service) can't offer any suggestions since I am not a Thunderbird User.

I've done both of the things suggested but it is still happening, not sure why the POP 3 settings would signify anything as nothing has changed there. How do I post a screen shot here.?
