Check Mail on start up

Sun Jul 09, 2017 10:01 pm

When Windows starts or MailWasher starts, Mailwasher does not automatically check for emails though this is activated in settings.
The only way to get emails is to click "Check Mail". Is this correct or should it check automatically??

Can you confirm whether the following option box is ticked (enabled):—

Yes they are both ticked, but what I have just realized is that I didn't have "Include in Default mail check" ticked under settings/accounts.
Everything now working ok, Thanks
