New account woes

Hi I've just downloaded Mailwasher Pro, and have got a couple of questions. I 'm on Windows 10 Pro and want to keep using Mail.
1. I have 8 email accounts and none of them are detected by Mailwasher Pro, I'm having to add them manually which brings me on to....
2. I use 2 factor authentication on all accounts. When trying to add a second Yahoo account the program jumps in quickly and tries to assign the code for the second account to the already exiting Yahoo account.

Odd it hasn't picked up the Windows Mail accounts, I thought we were supporting that....I must be wrong.

For the Yahoo issue, is there no option to logout first ? If not, try firing up Internet Explorer and logout of the Yahoo account (or maybe login then logout?) MailWasher uses the IE based framework for loading the two factor popup screen, so it should recognise not being logged in
