Syncing accounts

I managed to create an account with the mobile app, but on syncing, it only synced 4 of 7 email addresses. 3 Gmail addresses were not picked up. Is there a limit on syncing?

Not sure about any limit but did you have the tick boxes checked for all seven accounts?

What version of MWP did you do the Sync with. If you don't have 7.6 then you should update to that version and then try the sync.

Yes, ticked all accounts and using v7.6

Just a quick thought, uninstall 7.6 keeping the user settings and download/install 7.5 from here:

What kinds of email accounts are the ones which did not sync? Gmail, outlook.com or ? Can you let me know what you have in the 'Account Description' field in Mailwasher Pro>>Settings>>Accounts>>General

3 gmail accounts and my one hotmail account do not show up on the mobile app. In the Account Description field is just a name to identify the account.

Gmail and Hotmail (outlook.com) both use extra security so will have blocked them being setup on the mobile version.

If you see unusual activity in the US at Amazon, that is our servers.

It's not a signing in problem. The accounts simply do not appear on the mobile app.

They won't appear on there if they can't be verified. Mailwasher Mobile is hosted and at Amazon and if it can't be authenticated and login then it won't sync the account. You will either need to follow the steps in the Q&A above or add them manually (and still go through the steps in the Q&A)
