Sync bug in Android

Fri Oct 02, 2015 10:53 am

I'm using MWM on two different Android devices,
and on both i need to pull down 4-7 times, before all mailas are visible.

This is really annoying !

Devices: HTC ONE M8s smartphone and Samsung Galaxy Tablet

Hi

When you first pull down, MWM is going to the server(s) to collect the mail - this can take some time, if you wait a bit, then the mail will have had time to be collected from your accounts, then when you pull down again it should show the mail you expect. It's just a function of how long the mail takes to be collected from your email accounts - perhaps if we showed an indicator as to this progress then it would be more helpful

Suggestion sounds like a viable one. Problem is not just for Android, IOS is the same.

Yes, a progress indicator that stays until all mails is collected, sounds like a good solution!

Also remember the message at the buttom, now it says "synced a few seconds ago" even when this is not the case.
