Re: Servers Down
Dallas and Switzerland have been sorted. Turkey we're having some contacting the host, so that may stay offline until we find a better one.

Re: Servers Down
Hi all,
For me (I am actually sitting in the UK at the moment) the London server has been down for a couple of days. 9 of my rules are disabled.
This happened on an old installation of Hideaway (before a machine crash yesterday) and again afterwards following a recovery and re-install of apps (sorry for the Windows 10 language!!). I downloaded the current Hideaway version from the website and installed it from scratch but no change.
Can someone help out with this? It isn't something to do with Brexit from the EU is it???? - Hopefully a small joke there!
Thanks,
Frank

Re: Servers Down
Don't take it too personally. London is down for me too since Friday, I believe.

Re: Servers Down
Will let the guys know, the sooner we get HideAway 2.0 out the sooner these servers will stop dropping. Hopefully not far off.

Re: Servers Down
All,
London down again this morning (Monday 4th July) so my browser (Chrome) will not connect to anything that I have tried to route through London.
Solution (for me) is to disable Hideaway - which seems like a pretty foolish solution given what it is supposed to do. Is there a better fix (preferably not deleting and re-adding all the rules) to get round this whilst the server is down?
Thanks,
Frank

Re: Servers Down
Yeah in the My Rules screen, just remove the check mark from the rule which disables it, re-enable once the server is back.

Re: Servers Down
Or, do what I do and have a second string option that I activate when/while my first option is down.
