Re: Torrent Notice From ISP

Thanks. When it comes to torrents when you connect to a seeder they will see your IP address. If you have already connected to a seeder before running Hideaway, then that's where the 3rd parties can come in. We do switch IPs on each new connection after Hideaway is started, but we can't switch alrea...

Re: Torrent Notice From ISP

Interesting, thanks for the report as we've not had any others like this - actually it would usually be our ISP in Oregon who would get the abuse report and warn us if HideAway had been used. Could you post a copy of the notice you received? Feel free to leave out any info you don't want to show (ti...

Re: BT email account

We did find that people with BT emails and passwords containing an asterisk wouldn't work in MailWasher (something we'll fix up), if you go to Mailwasher>>Help>>User Files, then that will open a Window. Go to the Logs folder and for the BT logs, you should see a more specific error message if you ca...

Re: Syncing

We've had a few hiccups with the app over this time, can you download this unreleased version as it fixes the sync.

Re: BT email account

Well, I'm sorry but I just don't know what the issue would be. That message is what we get back from the ISP and usually means an incorrect username or password. We don't get any logs for this either. Another thought is that they might be blocked it based on security because it's a hosted app, so ou...

Re: BT email account

Thanks. That's odd then. Do you have any unusual characters in your password like * ?

Re: BT email account

Usually this would indicate your password is incorrect. Are you able to send me a private message with a screenshot of these settings in the mobile version?

Re: Small problem with Gmail since upgrade to 3.14.0

Hi, We did make a change to our UK servers in 3.14.0 so that might be it. Gmail is pretty picky when you try and access it from a different location, so you have to go through the route of confirming that it is you. After the next release, we'll add in filters which will let you ignore Gmail.com (or...

Re: Manual- mailwasher mobile

Hi, we've actually had some issues with the mobile sync, so we've got a new version which works below. Although it has some other unreleased things in it that we've been working on. You shouldn't have any issues with it though. http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mailwasher_pro/7/mailwasher_pro_setup...

Re: Buying Hideaway

Hideaway does ignore all local networks when you redirect your PC to another country. Do you know what model printer you're using and what IP address it's using?

New version 3.13 - UK servers get IPv6 and iPlayer can play subtitles.
3.14 - We got rid of the firewall prompt after install and using Hideaway for the first time.

Re: scufgaming.com

Thanks Phil It might be because the UK and Oregon site don't support IPv6 yet, although we're going to push an update shortly which makes the UK servers IPv6 capable. I'm testing it now and it sends me to the https://scufgaming.com/uk/ website. Actually it appears to be based on cookies. So they're ...
