I have uninstalled the program completely. It just continues to fail to work as it once did. Thundirbird is OK on it's own and filters mail without needing a middleware to get in the way. I am looking for alternatives that work withing the email client.

I have been using this program for many years and only recently has it failed to work as advertised. I have had no end of trouble both fetching mail and deleting email from my chosen accounts. I press the Wash mail button and nothing happens except an error is logged and I try again and it continues...

"Please wait while EncryptUs loads"

This is all I have got for an hour now, do I just wait?

I cleanly uninstalled the program and reinstalled the newest version (1.40). Still had a problem - could not connect to the internet at all. I disabled the HideAway Light Weight Filter and was able to connect to the internet. When trying to login to HideAway it then crashes as above.

Just updated to the newest version of WIndows 10 and HideAway crashes. Sometimes this rule seems to stop Firefox from getting to any web-site. It just times out. But when the rule is disabled everything goes back to normal. Then I reactivate the rule and the browser works properly. Also there seems to be a problem with Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition. I could not ...
