Lost MW Pro 6.5.4 in a computer crash. Re-installed it 7 weeks ago. Since then, every single time I launch it, I get the message Mailwasher Pro 6.5.4 (not responding). When I try to launch Outlook from the MW program, I get the same message. I have to close MW and re-launch it about 4-5 times before...

Dumb question from a non-techie: what is UIDL?

I don't think so looking at my MW settings on my laptop.

I keep a copy of the mail on the server so I can download to Outlook Desktop, Outlook laptop and I-Phone, not whichever is first.
So strange.

I set up two new accounts. One works fine and downloads the messages. The other is keeping the messages in Mailwasher AFTER the download.
I checked the settings and they seem exactly the same as my other accounts, so I must be missing something. Please advise. THANK YOU in advance.

I set up a new email account which I thought I set up perfectly and checked the settings against my other accounts.
This account is downloading the messages into outlook but they are staying in Mailwasher AFTER the download.

Any suggestions?
