So was hatten wir schon mal im September. FireTrust hat dann allen Usern ein angepasstes Configurationsfile geschickt, da irgendwas mit den Servern geändert wurde. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass hier ein ähnliches Problem aufgetaucht ist. Wir können also nur warten, bis FireTrust einen Fix rausbringt...

Well, it is normal, that your mobile device has a different IP-Adress than your Computer at home . I tried to enter my mail-access on https://mailwasher.firetrust.com/. No success. What is interesting: you cannot choose if you want IMAP oder POP3, This opion is not enabled. I tried to enter my mail ...

Really now? Why should this mysterious service only block your app but all mail-apps not?

Fact is: only the Mailwashe-App does not work.
All other apps that enter the mailserver do work. But not Maileasher.
It was a time that it worked. But since several weeks no more.

It does definitely not work with the app.
Why does it work with the Desktop-version but not - with the same credentials - on the adroid-version?

I try to enter the informations (the same than in the PC-Version, and they do work) in the Mobile-Version. I always get the message, that my informations are not correct. But they are. I have Android Version 9, I use the most actual MailWasher from the Google Playstore. My Mail-System is on www.pair...

Server seems still to be broken. I cannot download mails on my phone. It shows only always the same 3 mails, when it worked the last time correct (more than two weeks ago...).
I already de- and reinstalled the app. No success.
When do you think your server works again properly?

Same here. Sync is not working since weeks.

Now I tried to log in on the Webbrowser:

The Message: "Unable to contact server".

So it seems to be a problem with the Server not with the app and your system.

Same Problem here (Android 6.01).


Also Sync does not work ("code 110. "message: you are not permitted to view this feature").

What I tried since now:
De- and Reinstalled the app - no success
Controlled, if my registration ended. No, my registration is valid until March 13, 2018.
