Email provider is claranet

Not convinced that its the email account. Just tried Ios app on ipad and that’s fine.

Mailwasher pro on laptop win10 is fine. It's the android app that has the issue. Same for me: samsung S8, android app most recent version "unable to contact server" for several days now. Does not depend on whether I'm using 4G, wifi at home or wifi at work. Used to work reliably, what's up?
