have upgraded to 7.12.1 and issue still exists.

right clicking any email without full qualification such as 'email@server' (missing the top level domain .com .net .org) will crash mailwasher.

disabled all of the bitdefender options for email, ran check email for my personal account, and it missed emails. i removed and added my personal account to resync, restarted mw and missing emails appeared. i then sent a test email for my work account and mw didn't see it with 'check email', didn't ...

have done as you suggested and no crashes for many hours. much appreciated, i was getting sick of restarting mw, but still mw is doing a great job of removing the rubbish in my mailbox. worth the effort.

latest update: tried removing and adding the mail account that doesn't show emails (which resyncs emails from the indox) but have found that mw now loses sync with emails continually (just about half hour). i have now stopped adding and removing and found that shutting down and restarting mw resyncs...

just had another crash, so sent the logs after restarting mw, hope they help.

apologies but will try to send next time it happens, strangely enough not happening lately but have had the 'emails not showing up in mailwasher' problem straight afterwards. had a fix for missing emails problem by removing and then adding back imap accounts, so will see if this 'out of bounds' prob...

just wanted to put on record that I had the same issue and that the solution above worked for me as well.
imap accounts had to be removed and added to resync mail box contents correctly.

not sure what's causing my crashes but i get a crash very hour or so with this dialogue box and have to restart mail washer. using version 7.11.6
