Kept getting update failure messages so unistalled and tried to install latest version but still comes up with failed to update so wont install.

Renewed licence but get error "no key found" when trying to activate.

Hideaway has stopped working and get licence fail on ver: 4.16.5

Have just installed Hideaway, your FAQs says its starts automatically when windows starts but I'm having to start it manually. How do I know when it's running if it's suppose to start on Windows startup?

No just letters & numbers

Although it's saying the password maybe incorrect I know it isn't as it works with Outlook on PC and on Android phone mail app. The settings for pop3 are the same as Mailwasher Pro and Outlook.

Have tried adding email account and all I get is "Your email provider has indicated your email settings are not correct" I am using the same settings as for Mailwasher Pro and my email program Outlook and K9 (mobile). So why can't I add an account?

Cannot set up a BT email account on Mobile Mailwasher. Either get error for incorrect password or doesn't exist. Any suggestions?
