Sorry guys, MWP 6.5.4 is *still* better...

Much faster, lighter, and more accurate in detecting spam...

I wonder why i really tried 2010/2011 for so long.

I just reverted yesterday.

Won't ask for a refund though, who knows, news version will eventually get (a lot) better ?

Re: MW 2011: 80MB of Ram to sit idle?

Look - if this thing was actually doing something - I could probably accept the memory usage...but it does literally nothing - except mail check when I tell it to. V6 does the same thing - and uses 15 MB - active or not. +1 MWP 2010/2011 wastes memory As evernote, for example, did with their v3.5 w...

Re: MW 2011: 80MB of Ram to sit idle?

MWP use dynamic re-allocatable storage. If other apps need the memory it relinquishes it. You will see the number change overtime. It drops down to 15 at times and peaks over 100. My number refer to MailWasherPro.exe. MailWasherProApp.exe has an incremental 28+. I already read that on the forum... ...

An useful experience

Do you know Evernote ? This application lets you store anything from various sources, index it and access to it from computers, mobile devices... 5 million users yesterday. Several months ago, version 3.5 for windows came out. It was developped with Windows .net and WPF. It added many new features b...

Re: Crypto subfolder and syncing between computers

You could sync back and forth if you had MW running on only one computer at a time and always did a sync from that computer to the other when you exited MW. That's exactly what i do. I use only one computer at the time, sync after exiting MW on a regular basis or before i go working outside the off...

Crypto subfolder and syncing between computers

Hello, I currently use MWP on 2 computers : desktop and laptop, and sync on a daily basis my work between the 2 with Beyond Compare 3. I was wondering if there was any interest to sync the crypto subfolder, as this implies many files to transfer from a pc to the other and delete orphans (files who w...

Re: Introduction to regex filters

Thanks, This workaround can't work for me, because it's not about controlling a word containing an accentuated character, but controlling an expression with none (accentuated character) while such a character is present (for example in the object field) : in this case regex filter just don't work. T...
