The account works in MailWasher Windows. It just doesn't make it to mobile when synced.

Is the one I can remember how to login to their webmail service

It is and has been since 1996!

Incoming: pop.clara.net 995 SSL
Outgoing: relay.clara.net 465 SSL

That really ancient (founded 1996) email provider called Claranet.

A mail account on my PC works fine. Seven other account sync to mobile but just one doesn't. Why?

Its POP3 but so are some others.
Deleting Mailwasher Mobile and reinstalling doesn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

When you look at the list of emails it limited to 25. Sometimes I have 100 plus emails waiting to look at. Washing 25 at a time is a pain and there are often more good email than the 25 you can see. Could this limit be removed please? Or have i missed something.

Resolved. My mobile account email address used to go into the catch all account. Somehow this has stopped happening. Could be me or the hosting service changing things. iPhone lost connection and MailWasher reverted to login screen.
Unable to login.
Reset password.
Return to login screen. No emails with reset password!

I have to make several drag down gestures before MailWasher mobile will download the latest emails. Sometimes holding down for a bit longer starts an update, sometimes not. MailWasher does not download all the new emails. It does some. I mark some for delete and spam. Wash. Then drag down again for ...

Mailwasher on my iPad is working as expected. It has all the accounts from Mailwasher 7.7 on Windows 10. My iPhone has lost its email accounts. Running Sync from the PC does nothing.
