Re: MW on Android very slow

Hi We've had a number of users say it's very slow, (....) You can add me to the party... :facepalm Seeing very slow reactions on a brandnew Nexus 7 32GB, running Android 4.4 here. For instance, pressing the back button in MWM after opening an E-mail, doesn't seem to work at first. :think Only after...

I can only speak for myself, but: :agree ... NTFS here on all systems... I've got a hunch you're right: FAT may very well be the culprit.

Re: Latest update does not work

I think we need a bit more information before we could effectively try and help you pinpoint (and hopefully solve) the problem: plse state what errormssges (if any) you see when trying to update? And what version of MailWasherPro are you updating from? Assuming, your previous version is still runnin...

Re: Do I need to buy a new licence for MW 7

There is a 'lifetime' license. That would seem to mean you -don't- have to pay a yearly update. Or am I wrong? There is no such thing as a 'lifetime' license with Firetrust. Don't buy one! You're confusing your own lifetime (from birth to death) with a (software-)products lifetime: normally the per...

Re: Mailwasher maximising to larger than external screen

Great thank you for that. At least it's not just me. I'm new on the forum so how do we put it in to support from here or do Ihave to open up a support rrequest separately? I've given Rustic Dog (the Firetrust guy, monitoring these forums) a heads up about your post.. He's the one that can bring thi...

Re: Mailwasher maximising to larger than external screen

TaskBar NOT visible on external monitor. (...) Only appears to be issue with MWP as all other programs (not just Microsoft) work fine on maximising the screen. Tried to repeat your problem, but MWP keeps maximizing fine here, on both screens: primary BENQ2200 22" (1680x1050) secundary= DELL S 1909 ...

Re: Is it possible to fiddle w Server Address?

It looks, like Holstein has switched to MS Exchange. MWP can be set up to work with both the IMAP or POP mail-protocol; those two are disabled in Exchange by default . So, as TrustFire already suggested, you should contact the "authorities" (people with Holstein, having administrator rights) and ask...

Re: MWP 7.3.0 - starting program

You may see a MWP window open during start up but then go minimized. Unfortunately, the window remains open. There was no problem in MWP 7.2.0. Can't repeat your problem: minimizing works fine here. But you could try something that did work for me in other cases: Try this: uncheck the option, press...

Re: How to let MailWasher Leave Mail on Server

@Lode: I'll try to explain the " working" of MailWasher by compairing it to (paper-) mailhandling in the oldfashioned office: "Normal" mail handling: 1- Mail comes in the mail- room (your mail-server) 2- The mail-employée, hired to handle the mail (let's call him/her the "MailWasher") then A: sorts ...

Re: How to let MailWasher Leave Mail on Server

Thanks for the explanation. Do I understand it well that by changing the ratings correctly MWP will only fetch spam, and not good mail? I think I must misunderstand that. I though MWP always fetches all mail. I never thought about those ratings, or what they could do, and what they were for... :oop...
