Sorry, my post was not clear at all. I used to be able to ADD "Bounce" and "Blacklist" to the Mailwasher bar from the Tools menu. I want my checkmark back vs. having to right click and Bounce Each one. I think I may have to stay with the old version. If I could ONLY get it to open.

I've heard it before, don't Bounce messages. I have some PERSONAL (not bulk) stalkers I want to continue to BOUNCE.

Please advise.

I can't open Mailwasher after many attemps.
I've restarted a few times and DO NOT want to UNINSTALL / REINSTALL and lose all my Blacklist and Friends list. I'm getting 2 messages:

"Mailwasher Pro is Already Running" & "List Index of Bounds"

Hello All,

Suddendly, Mailwahser Pro takes about a minute to load.
If I click the icon again, it says "Mailwasher is already running" but it's not anywhere on the screen other than the tray. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Is there a way to resotre the ENTIRE MESSAGE, instead of just the first 20 lines?

OK, cancel last inquiry. I found it. It's under Tools - Email Accounts - then I have to click on each account and it shows
a tab called "Boucing and Outgoing Messages" - put a Check mark in the box - "Enable boucing of messages from this account".

Thanks for the reply. I've been bouncing spam without issue with MW for almost 10 years so I found your reply interesting. I thougth it would get my name off their list if they continue to try to send me mail. I can not find a bounc tab or account settings tab. In MW Pro I see tools - general option...

Just had to re-install MW after a virus and re-install XP Operating System. Never had this error message before, but now it seem 90% of the messages I want to bounce give me this message: "You can not bounce this email. Bouncing has been disabled in the options for this account" :think HELP! Thank y...

Sorry, it didn't work. :roll: However, my only choices are "Windows Default" or "No Sound" under SOUNDS tab. So when I pick EITHER and click on the Mailwasher, New Mail sound, it only gives me an OK button, not APPLY button. Apply is grayed out. So I have a choice of no sound or one of Windows sound...

Downloaded new version today, but sound is gone.
I have everything checked correctly.
Notify me when new mail arrives and SPECIFY sound as Mailwasher Ring (notify.wav)
but its still not working.

Other sounds work....but I'm so used to the mailwasher ring.

Any advice?

I clicked on every setting imaginable in Outlook and can't find it, so I'd love some advice. It worked fine up until yesterday.
