Sounds like something is removing some of the MW settings, are you running any registry or file cleaners?
If that isn't it, what version (see help) of MW and which version of Windows?

Force the error to happen then go to the help menu and send in logs, put in a link to this topic.

Re: Malwasher Pro 2012 No Longer Reports To Spamcop
The e-mail content box must be empty or spamcop will reject the report, it should still show as having arrived. If you are sending using Gmail you can verify the reports arrived at the Gmail server by using pop.gmail.com and putting "recent:" ahead of your user ID. recent:user-name@gmail.com This wi...

Re: how do I display Only todays,or past 24hr's emails
MW always shows all the mail on your server, there is no way to change that. Are you using POP or IMAP to access your mail? With IMAP you can move old mail out of the Inbox folder and it won't be shown by default. Just to be sure you are posting in the correct forum, what is the version number (under...

Re: Email classification
I miss the speed of v6 but the all or nothing spam tools it offered just aren't up to dealing with today's spam, for that you need a multi-factor system that compares the results of multiple spam tests to give you a result. Turn on the spam tool sidebar, set it to narrow mode so it doesn't take much...

Re: Red triangle again.
You may be seeing an intermittent issue with your mail server, if you want you can go to the help menu and submit your logs for the firetrust folks to look at. Send them in after you have seen the issue and then done a successful check.
Include a link to this topic so they can see the history.

Re: Malwasher Pro 2012 No Longer Reports To Spamcop
I just sent in a batch of about 600 spamcop reports using the Gmail SMTP server and it looks like they all made it in. My ISP does dumb things like blocking the reports if I'm reporting a link they don't like or submit too many reports, Gmail fixes all of that and it is free.

Re: Filtering a name ... possible?
I know how you feel Wizcrafts filters are far beyond my skill level too so aside from repeating some suggestions others have made in the past I can't help with them much. My simple one line filter is still happily catching everything from Georg Schemmel. from contains plain text Georg Schemmel geo-f...

Re: MailWasher stalling
Are you on the latest version 6.54 or using an older version? Grab the 6.54 if you are back some as that is the last release in the series and has all the available fixes applied.

Re: Filtering a name ... possible?
You added a bunch of filters, some that may need customization to work properly on your system. Compare the status to the filter name to find the ones that are hitting and the ones that need fixed.

Re: MW processes to Thunderbird OK but mail not downloaded
A thunderbird setting likely did get changed, how I hesitate to guess. You had "check mail on startup" set before and now you don't, check it again and you'll be back where you were. Of course having that happen will result in your thunderbird fetching all your spam if it is started by any other app...

Re: Filtering a name ... possible?
A filter for the name you are seeing should work, "from contains Georg Schemmel" set it to mark for delete and to spam -200 points. Also try another rule "from contains Canadian Pharmacy" and add lines for any other spammy messages you get. Make sure to set the filter to "match any rule" I'm seeing ...

Re: MW Pro 2013 will not restore email from recycle bin
Fortunately nowhere! They have finally decided to drop the year from the name saving many wasted hours of time changing it in many places every year.
The next MW release should be fairly soon, they have a few bugs still to swat but the beta testing is going fairly well.

MS has a nasty habit of changing your mail settings, if you search the forum you'll find some help on changing the check mail setting back.

Re: MW Pro 2013 will not restore email from recycle bin
Does your SMTP server require you to log in? If not change MW to not try to do the login process and see if that helps. If your SMTP server does require a login check your user and password for correctness and for any leading/trailing spaces. Also make sure the security settings in MW match your SMT...
