Also recover attachments when recovering mail items
By accident I deleted a mail with attachment. I could recover it from the "Recycle"-tab. It _looks_ like the attachment has also been recovered, but the 'recovered'attachment is in fact just 1kb, instead of 2MB =Recycle Bin= SnagIt-10032015 112243.png = I have sent a test file to myself (7.1MB), del...

How to get rid of the red flashing alert ?
I am suddenly getting this red flashing alert tab. Everything seems to work fine though. Looking in the log file there is an unknown error like // Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error. Diagnosis: <EVENT><NAME>MWPEXCEPTION</NAME><ID>4f6...

How to blacklist a country in 'Received from' ?
Up front - I am no Mailwasher expert - I use it pretty much default, with just a few extra filters that I created myself. (v7.3.0 pro) I wonder how to add a filter on "Received from:" e.g. I want to mark mails from specific countries in the "received from"-field. On the below example the 'Sender' is...

So many files
My Mailwasher folder holds roughly 6200 files and I wonder whether I need all of them. Usually I backup the entire \Mailwasher folder including all subfolders, but it takes a while to backup all the many small files. If they are essential, no problem I leave them there. Then again, if not, maybe i c...

[*]Mapping the User Data Folder to the new Custom directory of choice Okay. Sofar I have only been updating and updating, but not a fresh install, so I have no experience with the new installer. Once I point the installer to the new drive, it will automatically create \Data folders there as well? T...

Re: Migration to new PC - What files are required?
Thanks! My last setup file was from 2011 = SnagIt-12082013 111637.png = Now, in case of a fresh install I would then: (1) a) select an alternative location (e.g. D, E partition) b) install Then... c) do the import .mwp file ? or.. alternatively, (2) a) first restore the backup of my current \Mailwas...

Re: Migration to new PC - What files are required?
Just use the Export/Import options in the File menu. I'd like to get back on this older thread. Frankly, I am not sure how I did this but one way or the other, in the past, I managed to relocate the user-data to another partition. Actually, maybe I am overlooking this option, but I cannot trace any...

Re: Exporting white list and blacklist
I need to export my white list and black list entries. I need to put them into another database (Filemaker). In prior versions of Mailwasher this was easy, because the white and black lists were in a TXT file named blacklist.txt. Now all I can do is to look at these lists from insife Mailwasher Pro...

Re: MWP does not fully select very long URLs
Think I may have found the problem.. Below is the code. When I open the mail, it displays just the image (jpg) nothing more. Maybe it has something to do with that...? Thanks. -- This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0022_01CD4D39.AA4B7940 Content-Type: multipart/alternat...

A relatively short URL is also not properly displayed/launched, see below.
Hope this will be fixed soon.
