Which Backup Folders??

Hi All

I have just had a major crash and wanted to back up individual folders on my Windows 7 laptop (with Mailwasher v6.1) - Can anyone please tell me all the folders where Mailwasher stores its information so if there is a problem in the future, I have restore the program - i.e Settings, Whitelist, Blacklist, accounts etc. etc.

Note that all the account information is saved in the registry, and so is fairly difficult to backup. You may find some hints by searching this forum.
