inmotionhosting.com is your mail host I take it ?

Do you have an different SMTP server you can use to send the SpamCop reports through, perhaps your ISP, or if you have a GMail account you could use that SMTP server instead.

I do not have a different SMTP server.
These failed mails or 550 errors just started to happen this week.
I've used Mailwasher for many years with Inmotion and never had an issue.
I chatted with Inmotion today and they said the example below appears to be
an issue with either Mailwasher or Snipervision.

I don't know what Snipervision is, so cannot comment there. Is it something you are familiar with, or is the spam you are reporting to SpamCop related to this ?

It's either inmotionhosting or the next hop that's scanning the messages.

I have no clue what the url "www.snipervision.com" is . And, I'm not familiar with "....spamrl.com".

How I read the error message: it says that when I took the action through Mailwasher to send the email spam to Mailwasher apparently in that email was a reference to snipervision,
and at the receiving end, I assume Mailwasher, it got rejected because they use spamrl.com as a filter. Unless you have a better explanation ?

Tell you what, next time I use Mailwasher I will keep a copy of the email contents, what ever it gets bounced for, such as the example of snipervision, I'll report the entire email here.

I have been in contact with Firetrust customer support. I don't have any log's however here is the latest "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" sent back to me from our email provider inmotionhosting. I sent this email as a reply to Firetrust Tech Support, as a "forward". Hence I was sending an email directly to Firetrust and it was refused? According to Inmotionhosting it got refused by Firetrust because Firetrust's email server is rejecting it because it appears Firetrust is using spamrl.com to check for blacklisted urls'.
