Windows 10 and connecting with Mailwasher

I have used Mailwasher for 20+ years but cannot get it to work on Windows 10 . Should it be the old port or the port to match the email? IMAP or Pop3? I downloaded a new version to change the password but that has not helped. Any clues please?

This is for the activ8 account ? If so, the recommended settings are https://www.activ8me.net.au/setup-blog/faq/

POP3 server : mail.activ8.net.au
Username : first part of your email address
Port 110
SSL should not be enabled

Thanks but I have done all that and still saying failing to log into Pop3.

OK sure thing.

Can you try sending me some logs. To do that go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs.
Reply back here once sent, so I can check the logs arrived all OK.

Yup, came in all OK.

The settings look good, MailWasher is getting this error after sending the username/password.
S: -ERR authorization failed
Are you certain the password you are using is the correct one ? You can use the eye icon next to the password field to view.

You can try using the same username/password combination here as well to check it does login.
