Issue with checking email

Hello,
I'm having trouble checking my emails with Mailwasher 6. I imported my account from Outlook and verified all the settings, but when it checks for emails, it adds a capital letter to the first word of my email address. I think this might be why I'm unable to check my emails. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Yes, you can check and change your settings for any account within MWPro 6 under, Settings>>Email Accounts, click your email account then ensure you have the correct pop3 server and username entered there, and re-type your password.

If all accounts fail to check mail yet your settings are correct, check to see if your firewall or some other security program is blocking MWPro.

If all looks OK there too, let us know what type of account/s you are tyring to setup? eg, gmail, hotmail, earthlink etc etc....
