Difficulty in using SpamCop
sprunki moddedI'm having trouble setting up SpamCop in MailWasher. Even though I entered the correct account information, MailWasher won't send spam reports to SpamCop. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sure thing.... so just confirming you are checking the report box under the reporting column within MW 'before' clicking Wash mail, but never get any reply back from spamcop?
eg:
If so, please check the outgoing settings are correct for the account listed when you click, Settings>>Spam Tools>>Reporting>>double click spamcop, "Send report via:" under, Settings>>Accounts, click your account, click the "Outgoing" tab, and check the settings.
NOTE: you can get settings for most ISP's here: http://www.emailsettings.email/
Also, ensure that your antivirus programs email scanner is not preventing MW's outgoing mail there, (you can disable the outgoing mail scanner if you wish, as the antivirus programs real time scanner will scan all mail anyway).
Check that the firewall is not stopping 'outgoing' mail from MWPro also......
