block blast unblockedI am having an issue with MailWasher 5/6 and was hoping to get some help from the community. Specifically, when I try to scan new mail, the program often freezes or fails to display the mail list. Has anyone experienced this and is there a way to fix it? I have tried restarting and checking my internet connection but it still doesn't work.

Yes, possibly the account setup itself, or even a firewall, AV program or other security program is interfering with the mail check?
You could try deleting this account, then setting it up again from scratch maybe?
Please open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Email Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, OK, close Mailwasher Pro.
Then, restart Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Email accounts>>Run Wizard.
If there are no acounts listed in the R/H pane, X to exit this screen and click, Add Account, choose your account type and add account manually.
