Mail stays 'put'

I have Mailwasher 6.5.4, and mail stays on Mailwasher after I have selected to send it to Win Live Mail and read it,
I go back to MW and it is still there, and the only way I can get rid of it on MW is to tick the delete button and process mail.
I use Browser Firefox,

Your problem probably lies with your email application account settings being set to "Leave a copy on the server"

ARHhhhhhhhhhhhh I was looking in Mailwasher for the culprit . Not at all impressed with this windows live mail, even less so with leave mail on server
Why ?
