M/W free 2012 has stopped logging on for emails

Hi, been using the free version for a couple of months.
Today, for some reason, it has stopped logging on and collecting the emails

Above is all I get. Yet, if I open my I.E then there they are.
Smile as soon as you get out of bed in the morning

Most likely it is a problem at the BT end.

Either wait a while, or check with BT tech support.

Also, MailWasher 2012 problems should be posted in http://forum.firetrust.com/viewforum.php?f=50

Sooner or later the forum admins will give the sub-forums better names and descriptions.
