I have all of my emails setup with Google Apps and I use IMAP ONLY to check my emails. I have no interest in using POP anymore.
I want to have MailWasherPro only check a specific folder (GMAIL/SPAM Folder) and NOT look at my inbox or other folders. Can I have Mailwasher Pro only look at a specific folder and not the main inbox?

Yes with the new MW, I don't think so with the old version you are using.
