1. Install the latest v6.5.4 version which you can get at http://www.firetrust.com/sites/firetrus ... -Setup.exe

2. MailWasher should automatically operate the way that you want. What sort of email account are you using? Some services, e.g. Gmail, have some settings that I think can give the results that you're describing.

Alternatively, you may find that using IMAP to access the account in MailWasher gives better results.

There are many areas where you could have a setting, mis-configured - kindly check whether the following are enabled (they need to be disabled as illustrated):--
  • 01.) Delete the email and/or

02.) Automatically delete the email (without informing or asking you | without notifications)

Check out the download for the unrestricted 6.5.4, at the following link - it's not the free version (and contains many bug-fixes - going forward from your present 6.5.1)

You will enjoy all 4 accounts with the provided link for 6.5.4 - it's the same iteration (but, higher a version) of your 6.51 :D

Again, thank you so much.
Chick
Yes, it's free from ads. :thumbsup

The version for which I provided the link is just a newer version of v6.5.1 - there are no additional restrictions.

I still think that it would be useful to know the email services that you are using.

I am, it's removed now. I've also removed your account as per your request.
