Until about 4 weeks ago mailwasher intercepted all mail and let me select which I wanted to download.
Now the msg's download first and later (maybe 4 hours later) the mailwasher "sees" the downloads and
I can then select which I want to keep....but it is too late then.
How can I repair this program??

It sounds like you email program is bringing down the emails automatically ? You probably want to disable automatic checking in your email program, that way MailWasher gets them first, then once you've deleted the emails in MailWasher you don't want, manually trigger a Send/Receive in your email program.
