Email will not restore

I get this message: Global SMTP server Email Restore, The Password or Username is not correct. I am not having a problem getting emails just restoring them. Isn't the same email and password used for both? Using Pro 6.5.4 with Win 7

In MailWasher 6, you need to check the settings via Settings >> Recycle Bin Options >> Set SMTP Server >> check the SMTP server here and then under Advanced you can set the various settings as required.
If that still fails, let us know and we'll see about getting some log files to take a look at.
