Mailwasher 6.5 4 restore email

Hi

i have tried on numerous occasions the restore email function to come up with this error as show
I have read the forums on how to retrieve deleted emails but it does not work.

Any help appreciated please.

You can open an account just for Restore purposes with Gmail - it is free and trouble-free.

Looking here Bernie, it doesn't look like SSL is enabled for iHug/Vodafone

So under Settings >> Recycle Bin Options >> Set SMTP Server >> Advanced >> you want the port number to be 25 >> Secure Connection Type to be set to NONE >> and SMTP Authentication unchecked.

I have got it working with GMail which is a bit of a pain.
Will give this option a try now.
