Help needed...
When I open Mailwasher for the first time, it downloads thousands of emails from as far back as 2010 (about 350 at a time). Is there a way to have it only start from a more recent date, like the past week or so??

This is with your GMail account ?
If so, then you have the option of using Recent Mode https://support.google.com/mail/answer/75947?hl=en
Alternatively, you can logon to your GMail account via the website >> click the Gear icon top right select Settings >> Forwarding and POP/IMAP >> select the option to enable POP for all mail that has arrived from now on. Though note that will reset the cutoff so MailWasher won't see any emails in the Inbox as soon as you enable it.
